Keri In Windsor was founded in Windsor, Ontario by Dev Shah, along with co-founders Aryan Sanghvi and Ved Patel.
The idea started with a complaint every Indian family in Windsor has made: you cannot buy a real mango here. The fruit in the grocery store is picked green, chilled for weeks, and tastes like a rumour of the mangoes we grew up on. So we started importing the real thing — Kesar from the Gir foothills of Gujarat, Alphonso from Ratnagiri — in small batches, at peak season, delivered to your door.
We are not a warehouse. Every batch is small on purpose, graded by hand, and delivered within days of landing in Canada. If a mango would not impress our own grandmothers, it does not go in the box.
